SAP REPLATFORMING AND APPLICATION SUPPORT FOR INTERNAL IT TEAM

CLIENT HERO: At the time of this project, Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. in Lincicum, MD was the fourth largest coal mining company in the US.

CLIENT MISSION: Foundation Coal’s internal IT team needed additional expertise and support in replatforming their instance of SAP.

THORBEN SOLUTION & TEAM: Thorben provided access to our Chief Architect as well as a senior SAP architect to streamline project execution. Our Senior SAP Architect had participated in numerous replatforming of SAP systems. Thorben helped ensure that SAP Best Practices were used throughout the project execution. Thorben resources also provided upgrades to Foundation Coal’s applications during the project as well.

CLIENT MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: Thorben resources worked closely with the internal IT team to ensure that project goals were achieved on time and on budget. Foundation Coal successfully upgraded its instance of SAP with enhanced functionality.
